HR Generalist: Compensation, Employment & PeopleSoft

University of Houston-Clear Lake seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support Compensation, Employment, and PeopleSoft eFORM approvals. This role requires independent judgment across HR functions, including classification, data provision, and offboarding. Responsibilities include ePAR processing, job description development, salary survey participation, HRIS data requests, audits, and HR reporting.
