The current team is approximately 15 employees, with plans to grow to 20 by year-end. Key Responsibilities Include Own revenue growth and overall sales performance Develop and evolve the company's GTM strategy Recruit, develop, and scale the sales organization Strengthen channel and partner relationships Establish sales methodology, accountability, and performance standards Travel with field representatives and engage with key customers and partners as needed Ideal Candidate 10+ years of sales leadership experience Recent and significant experience in data protection, backup/recovery, cybersecurity, or related technology Proven success scaling an IT business Strong channel / VAR exposure Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and methodologies Entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership style *MUST BE LOCATED IN MA or southern NH Compensation: base dependent on experience, but OTE will sit in the $400k range #J-18808-Ljbffr Sales Search Partners
