Role Overview

National Search Group is seeking an experienced, outcome-driven outbound salesperson to initiate strategic conversations with U.S. owners, CEOs, operations leaders, and HR executives. You will represent a proven recruitment firm, offering executive search solutions to companies facing key hiring pressures and open leadership vacancies.

This is a phone-first B2B sales position focused on active prospecting and qualifying leads through direct executive engagement.

Primary Responsibilities

Run focused outbound prospecting during U.S. business hours through cold calls, personalized email, and approved social outreach.
Start credible conversations with executives, uncover hiring requirements, and earn next steps without relying on a rigid script.
Handle objections professionally, including internal hiring preferences, information requests, or existing agency usage.
Qualify meetings against ideal client profiles and document business context, decision processes, and next steps in the CRM.
Review call outcomes with leadership to continuously improve targeting and messaging.

Must Have (Non-Negotiable Requirements)

Must have a minimum of 2 years of direct B2B outbound cold-calling experience targeting U.S. decision-makers. (Note: Inbound support, customer service, or data-entry backgrounds do not meet the criteria for this role.)
Must have verified performance metrics and be willing to demonstrate your cold-calling skill during a short live sales audition.
Must have comfort and willingness to perform daily high-volume outbound cold calls as your primary responsibility.
Must have a dedicated noise-free workspace, noise-canceling headset, high-speed broadband connection with backup power/internet, and a modern computer (16 GB RAM recommended).

Compensation & Performance Structure

Base Pay Range: 1,000 to 1,500 US Dollars per month (based on experience and performance audition).
Closed-Account Incentives: 900 to 3,500+ US Dollars per attributed closed account (Performance-Based / Performance-Driven).
Full written attribution guidelines, payment schedules, and quota definitions provided upon finalist offer.
