Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounts Receivable SpecialistCoWorx Staffing Services is currently hiring Accounts Receivable Specialists for an exciting opportunity with our client in the Auburn, MA area.Responsibilities:Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments, contact customers regarding outstanding balances, and initiate collection activities when necessary.Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Sales Outstanding (DSO) and past-due account balances.Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, account status, and account-related concerns.Record, reconcile, and accurately apply incoming payments to customer accounts.Process customer refunds and issue account credits as required.Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring contact and billing information remains current and up to date.Provide a high level of customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.Desired Background/Skills:Degree preferred with two or more years of related experience.Energetic, detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly organized.Excellent computer skills, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Solid understanding of ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred.Professional and pleasant demeanor.Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shift between tasks as needed.Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated initiative to take on additional responsibilities and improve processes.Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Compensation: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour Employment Type: Direct Hire or Temp-to-HireDon't miss out on this excellent opportunity to join a hardworking, supportive team- apply with us today to get started!
