Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Nurse Practitioner OpportunitySummit Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our client's expanding Multi-Speciality practice in Brooklyn, NY. This is an in-person position where you'll provide care through a telehealth platform in a modern, collaborative clinical environment. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes through comprehensive assessments, accurate diagnoses, and effective treatment plans.Responsibilities:- Conduct patient evaluations and follow-up visits through a telemedicine platform- Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care- See approximately 25 patients per dayQualifications:- Active Nurse Practitioner/Physian Assistant license in New York- Must be credentialed with both Medicare and Medicaid- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills- Telehealth experience is a plus- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environmentCompensation & Benefits:- $150,000–$200,000 annual salary- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Paid time off
