SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Shift Supervisor Location: Carolina's Medical Center Main – 1000 Blythe Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28203. Online applications only. Pay: $21.06 per hour. Schedule: Full‑time; open availability preferred. Typical shift 5:00 am to 3:00 pm – days may vary. Details to be provided during interview. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
