Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Detail in Liberty Township, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Security Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.25 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, tenants, shoppers, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel when needed. Maintain a visible presence to help deter unauthorized activity and support an orderly, welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, and visitors. Prepare accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and policy concerns to site management and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification are preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
