As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.88 / Hour Job Schedule: Fri 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sat 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sun 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a commercial real estate location. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, parking areas, common areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and unauthorized access. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and report access-control concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response activities and notifying appropriate contacts. Document patrol observations, incidents, and daily activities in required reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
