Job Description As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Protection in Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:30 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:30 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:30 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:30 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, retailers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail district, including storefronts, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel. Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with Allied Universal supervision, client representatives, and local first responders as needed. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
