Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol One Year Experience in Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm response. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while working with a reliable, agile, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, tenants, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property grounds, building common areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access to the location, observe visitor and vendor activity, and report access concerns or policy violations according to site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and complete required reports. Communicate professionally with property management, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, hazards, and security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Have at least one year of security-related experience. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
