Position Highlights
Full-Time, Monday–Friday Schedule | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Outpatient-Only Primary Care
Competitive Base Salary: $253,643-$380,464
Bonus opportunity
Quarterly Incentive Plan: Opportunity to earn up to 15% of quarterly earnings
Long-Term Incentive Eligible: Physicians may participate in the Profit Shares program, designed to reward physicians for contributing to the organization's success
Day-One PTO: 160 hours

Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Active and unrestricted California medical license
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related Primary Care specialty
Active DEA license
Strong commitment to patient-centered, preventive, and value-based care
Excellent communication, clinical, and collaborative skills
