Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using recognized evidence-based practices tailored to address specific mental health challenges.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' needs and co-develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Promote interdisciplinary coordination of care by collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure a holistic treatment approach.

• Uphold professional standards by adhering to quality assurance policies and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Document all client interactions and therapeutic interventions in compliance with company policies while ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client data.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including seeking out supervision and participating in clinical case reviews.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will predominantly work with adults dealing with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n
