Production Lead

LeadThe Lead is responsible for supervising and leading the department employees and ensuring that there are efficient well-trained processes in place that will ensure quality, on-time and safe output.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesInclude the following duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.Conducts Root Cause analysis of problems within the department and engages employees in resolution of the problemsDrives continuous process improvementLeads employees in department to meet and exceed company goals and objectives.Creates a continuous improvement environmentMotivates team members and develops teamworkDrives process improvement and adherence to standardsMonitors safety, quality and productivity and makes recommendations for improvements in each of these areasRecognizes and rectify bottleneck situations within the departmentProvides training resources to ensure that employees within the department are fully trainedRecords attendance within the electronic systemOther duties as assignedRegular attendance is requiredStar Cases, LLC dba ZERO Manufacturing, maintains a work environment free from discrimination, one where employees are treated with dignity and respect.
