Accounting AssistantCRBR Property Damage Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented accounting assistant to join our corporate team in Chico, CA. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong organizational skills, and are eager to grow your accounting career, we'd love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable.Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.Prepare bank reconciliations and general ledger postings.Enter daily financial transactions into the accounting system.Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.Assist with financial reports and data integrity.Support payroll and other accounting functions as needed.Assist the corporate help desk with onboarding and offboarding tasks as assigned.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsAssociate's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.Accounting, bookkeeping, AP, or AR experience preferred.Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.If you're looking to grow your accounting career with a company that values teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement, apply today!
