About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President of Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance to provide strategic leadership and oversight of its corporate risk management, patient safety, performance improvement, and regulatory readiness activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company-wide risk management program, partnering with executive leadership on compliance matters, and ensuring the effectiveness of corrective action plans. This role requires a collaborative and detail-oriented leader with a strong background in clinical, regulatory, and performance improvement, who can support facility leaders through various compliance and readiness activities. Applicants for this corporate leadership position should have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a healthcare-related discipline, or a Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of behavioral health experience. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in healthcare risk management, regulatory compliance, patient safety, quality improvement, or behavioral health operations. Strong knowledge of clinical fundamentals, patient safety standards, and performance improvement techniques is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be proficient in data analysis, report preparation, and electronic health record auditing processes. The ability to work effectively with diverse populations and across multiple facilities is also a key requirement.
