Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for new patients to determine their needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote recovery and well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups to foster community and address prevalent mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic care that supports patient recovery.

• Provide crisis intervention services for patients in distress, ensuring their safety and facilitating access to immediate support.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources that can assist in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, using our electronic health record (EHR) system to track patient progress.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing training to remain updated on the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

The clients you will serve at Rebuild Mental Healthcare encompass a broad range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders, assessment techniques, and therapeutic approaches relevant to diverse patient populations.
