What You'll Do:

• Load,unload and move materials within warehouse using appropriate material handlingequipment (hand truck, pallet jack, forklift, double stacker, tipper). May also unload trucks and trailers formaterials.
• Tipbins, gaylords, carts and other containers of materials, staging them for salein the outlet store.
• Sort,grade and separate product into appropriate categories for future processing orrecycling.
• Loadrolling tables "boats" utilizing the tipper for stocking the outlet store.
• Rotateand empty boats post sale in the outlet store for recycling or discard inaccordance with the production outlines.
• Discarditems that are broken or not considered for recycling.
• Keeplike items containerized, labeled and in appropriate locations as required.
• Maintaina neat and organized workstation, warehouse and outlet store. Perform general janitorial duties and othertasks as may be assigned. Assist in keeping the work area free from debris,sweeping the work areas as needed and at the end of the day.

Education, Experience, and Skills that are a must:

• High School diploma preferred.
• Trainingwill be on-the-job. Previousmaterial handling experience is preferred.
• Ability to work 100% of scheduledhours onsite.
• Must be capable of learning specificoperating procedures for various material handling machines.
• Must be able to work without closesupervision and be honest and dependable.
• Must be able to operate the forkliftwith appropriate certification.
• Must be able tofollow instructions and discriminate between specified items.
• Must be capable of completing dailyproduction logs.
• Must be able to safely handle heavyobjects.

Pay Range &Schedule:

• This position is hourly,non-exempt and starts at $13 / hour plus quarterly performance based bonuses.
• Mustbe able to adhere to our attendance policy. We're a retail environment withretail hours, which can include nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Mostof our stores are open Monday - Saturday 10AM - 8PM and Sunday 1PM - 6PM, sono late night shifts !
• Part-time positions are upto 28 hours per week (can include weekends and evenings).
• Full-time positions arebased on a 40-hour work week and open availability is required (includesweekends and evenings).
