Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a vital role in our therapeutic team, focusing on helping clients navigate complex emotional and relational issues. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals, couples, and families to understand their unique challenges.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions that include couple’s therapy along with individual sessions for each partner, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
\n
• Addressing various issues including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.
\n
• Developing tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and needs, evaluating progress regularly to ensure effectiveness.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to foster a positive therapeutic environment that empowers clients.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive treatment approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will assist a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges. You will provide therapy for issues related to:

• Physical and Psychological Abuse

• Grief and Loss
\n
• Family Conflicts, including Sibling Rivalries and Cut-Offs

• Job Stress and Medical Issues
\n
• Blended Families and Divorce Adjustments

• Mother-Daughter Relationship Conflicts

• Communication Barriers

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• A passion for helping individuals and families improve their mental health and resolve interpersonal issues.

Preferred Experience\n

We seek candidates who have experience in therapeutic settings addressing a variety of relationship dynamics and mental health issues. Newly licensed as well as experienced therapists are welcome to apply. Flexibility in availability for a minimum of 30 hours per week is preferred to accommodate various client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
