This position offers the unique opportunity to work remotely while providing critical mental health support to our clients in Bullhead City, Arizona. The role entails a full-time commitment, with a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the needs and challenges of clients, formulating personalized treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to guide clients through their mental health journeys effectively.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring the highest standards of care are upheld.

• Participate in regular case reviews and professional development sessions to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding available mental health resources, facilitating better understanding and participation in the treatment process.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
