COORDINADOR DE SALUD in GAC Mexicali

Education and Experience Requirements
Licenciatura Medicina. 3 aos de experiencia en medicina laboral y en rea mdica industrial con titulo y cdula indispensable.
Position Purpose :
Asegurar el bienestar fsico y la salud de los colaboradores, previniendo accidentes y enfermedades laborales, as como el aseguramiento del cumplimiento de normas y legislaciones en temas de salud con enfoque en la industria maquiladora.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Administrar y hacer cumplir los protocolos de Salud e Higiene Industrial .
- Dar cumplimiento a las evaluaciones mdicas de nuevo ingreso, as como el seguimiento a las evaluaciones anuales
- Responsable del diagnstico situacional de la planta con el fin de establecer planes de accin que aseguren la mejora y el bienestar de los colaboradores en tema de salud .
- Elaborar el diagnstico situacional de la planta con el fin de tener una visin de la salud de los trabajadores .
- Elaborar el plan de salud ocupacional basado en un diagnstico situacional de salud y asegurarse de su correcta ejecucin.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
- Conocimiento en la legislacin de la secretara de salud.
- Conocimiento de las Normas Oficiales Mexicanas aplicables.
- Ingls intermedio/avanzado.
- Microsoft Office.
- Atencin a personal.
- Experiencia en desarrollo de programas de prevencin e implementacin de programas de salud ocupacional.
- Evaluaciones ergonmicas en estaciones de trabajo.
- Conocimiento en prima de riesgos.
- Capacidad de anlisis de datos y tendencias de accidentes para su prevencin.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Comunicacin efectiva.
