Looking for an opportunity in Phoenix, Arizona where you can help students develop the skills needed to succeed both inside and outside the classroom?

This school-based role offers the opportunity to work alongside Occupational Therapists, educators, and multidisciplinary team members while supporting students with developmental disabilities and dual diagnoses. You'll play an important role in helping students build independence, improve functional abilities, and participate more fully throughout the school day.

What You'll Do
• Provide individual and group occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Support sensory processing, fine motor, adaptive, and functional skill development
• Assist with evaluations, treatment planning, and progress documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, school staff, and families
• Support IEP implementation and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Help students maximize independence and participation throughout the school environment

Qualifications
• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Arizona COTA Licensure or eligibility
• NBCOT (AOTCB) eligibility
• Fingerprint Clearance Card and ability to pass required background screenings
