Temporary Process Development & Manufacturing Specialist II, CDMO

Maravai LifeSciences seeks a temporary specialist to develop and manufacture research and clinical-grade biological components. The role involves equipment operation, wet chemistry work, purification systems management, and regulatory documentation for a contract development and manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, operate, and maintain equipment for component and product manufacturing
• Perform wet chemistry reactions and pilot-scale purification processes
• Author and implement standard operating procedures
• Document all actions using Good Documentation Practices in batch records
• Provide technical expertise, mentoring, and training to laboratory team members

Requirements

• Experience in process development or manufacturing within biologics/CDMO environment
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment setup, operation, and maintenance
• Knowledge of wet chemistry reactions and pilot-scale purification systems
• Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices and batch record management
• Ability to author and implement standard operating procedures
• Leadership and mentoring experience in laboratory settings
