Manufacturing Associate II, Oligo

Maravai LifeSciences seeks a Manufacturing Associate II to execute oligonucleotide production in ISO-classified environments. The role involves equipment operation, process execution, documentation, and mentoring junior staff while maintaining cGMP compliance and supporting continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Prepare manufacturing areas, equipment, and materials for cGMP production activities
- Execute oligonucleotide manufacturing processes per approved SOPs and batch records
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment and coordinate repairs
- Complete batch records, production logs, and required documentation accurately
- Train and mentor manufacturing staff on procedures and quality standards
Requirements
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment in regulated environments
- Knowledge of cGMP requirements and Good Documentation Practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and batch records
- Experience with process troubleshooting and equipment maintenance
- Capability to mentor and train junior manufacturing personnel
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
