Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health concerns, developing individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique backgrounds and needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others suited to the client’s goals.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and continually monitor progress, adapting treatment approaches as necessary to facilitate growth and healing.

• Offer teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients who may be facing logistical barriers to in-person sessions, thereby expanding their access to mental health resources.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes to comply with ethical standards and legal requirements while ensuring confidentiality and security.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training to enhance your clinical skills and competencies in current therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
