Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling to individuals via video chat in a remote setting.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will encounter a diverse range of clients, primarily adults with stable, low acuity mental health concerns. You will provide support to individuals navigating various challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Your expertise will help clients cultivate coping strategies and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess one of the following licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Independently practicing without supervision is essential.

• No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted; candidates should have no disciplinary actions on record.

• Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with a sincere commitment to helping clients achieve mental wellness.

• Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with digital platforms for telehealth.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience in remote counseling settings or familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities will be given preference. Welbehealth offers a competitive compensation package, including weekly direct deposits, a salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year depending on hours worked, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time therapists.
