Business Sales Account Manager

Location and Travel Requirements This role supports a sales territory in Downtown Cleveland, Ohio and surrounding area. The position is mobile; the majority of time is field based with in-person meetings and customer visits. Expected travel may be up to approximately 50% of the time. Valid driver's license required. Responsibilities Identifying, developing and qualifying leads within the territory to drive sales opportunities through cold-calling, partner‑selling, lead‑generation campaigns and modern social‑selling techniques. Gaining new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets. Retaining, managing and growing the existing customer base. Coordinating with support partners to educate and excite customers about how they can leverage innovative business solutions. Proactively establishing, building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers. Effectively presenting and creating multi‑product solution opportunities. Confidently demonstrating knowledge of wireless and mobility products and integrated software solutions, including Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP and Google platforms. Tracking and reporting progress through continuous use of sales force automation tools. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. Four or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military experience. Experience in outside sales, prospecting and negotiation. Willingness to work in a mobile model with travel within the assigned geographic sales territory (up to 50% of the time). Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree or college certifications. Two or more years of business‑to‑business or outside sales experience, including acquisition and prospecting/cold calling. Technology sales and education experience (e.g., SaaS sales, CRM, SalesForce, social media). Strong presentation skills in face‑to‑face and virtual environments. Experience building and maintaining relationships with all levels of client organizations. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, self‑directed, entrepreneurial environment. Strong time‑management and prioritization skills. Ability to implement feedback and tailor approach for success. Benefits and Compensation Best‑in‑class medical, dental and vision coverage. Commission is potentially unlimited for top earners and varies by geography, performance and experience. Annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this requisition is: $48,000 – $84,000.
