Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients in both virtual and in-person settings, conducting thorough assessments of their mental health needs, particularly focusing on those experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized integrated care plans that not only address mental health concerns but also ensure access to necessary linked services.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct brief screenings and arrange for comprehensive assessments when indicated, ensuring each client's unique needs are met.

• Collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team aimed at achieving shared goals that enhance the overall treatment outcomes for clients.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including timely completion of case notes, treatment plans, and necessary reports, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts as required, providing immediate support and intervention strategies to clients in distress.

• Monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey, ensuring that their care aligns with presenting issues and clients' expressed needs and requests.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, focusing on brief, focused strategies that encourage client empowerment and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
