About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to spearhead its technology strategy and digital transformation. This executive leadership role is pivotal, as the organization has already made substantial investments in modernization and operates within a sophisticated, cloud-first technology environment. The CIO will be responsible for developing and executing an enterprise-wide technology roadmap that aligns with strategic priorities and growth objectives. This includes leading the adoption of AI, automation, and innovation, championing data as a strategic asset, and ensuring a strong cybersecurity posture. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, executive presence, and the ability to translate emerging technologies into practical, business-enhancing solutions. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive IT leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and a proven track record in technology modernization and digital transformation. Strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to evaluate technology through the lens of organizational value are essential.
