About the job Remote Client Relations Specialist Overview We are looking for a Remote Client Relations Specialist in the Los Angeles area to support clients throughout the travel planning process. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced communication, organization, and creating smooth, stress-free experiences for clients. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for clients, assisting with questions, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing ongoing support before, during, and after travel. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, communicating clearly, and helping others create meaningful travel experiences. This opportunity offers flexible, remote work with access to training, tools, and mentorship. Prior experience in travel or customer service is helpful but not required.
