Quick Facts Location: Hancock, MI Start Date: 08/06/2026 End Date/Duration: 09/07/2026 (with opportunity for future dates) Shift: 12 PM – 10 PM (onsite orientation required 1 day prior) Hours/week: Approximately 40 hours (7 days a week schedule) Employment Type: Contract/Temporary License/Certifications: Active NP or PA license, Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (or eligible) Experience: Prior ED experience preferred, ability to treat all ages required Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (additional reimbursements for licensure, travel, and lodging if applicable) Benefits: Competitive pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical benefits available (W-2) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements 24/7 dedicated team support throughout assignment What You’ll Do Provide emergency medical care to diverse patient populations Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans Collaborate with ED physicians and nursing staff Document patient encounters using the Meditech EMR system Support inpatient and outpatient services as needed Manage an average of 36 patients per day across shifts Administer treatments and procedures within your scope of practice What You Need Required: Valid NP or PA license in Michigan or eligible for licensing Active certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Ability to treat patients of all ages Prior ER or acute care experience preferred Preferred: Experience with Meditech EMR system Ability to start quickly and work flexible hours About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a leading hospital in Hancock, Michigan, providing high-quality emergency care in a supportive environment.
