Our 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday schedule ensures that you have evenings and weekends to recharge and rejuvenate.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients experiencing mood disorder symptoms, focusing on their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Design customized treatment plans that align with client needs, goals, and preferences, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, therapy options, and self-care strategies to foster understanding and compliance.

• Monitor client progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring comprehensive treatment management.

• Stay informed about the latest research and clinical advancements in the treatment of mood disorders to enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records, adhering to legal and ethical standards to protect the privacy of all clients.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required for this position.
