Jr. Business Analyst

Agility Partners is partnering with one of our high-explosure clients on an early-career talent program supporting a major transformation initiative within their B2B Insurance organization. We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst who is organized, curious, highly communicative, and excited to build a career at the intersection of business and technology. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, data engineers, and technical teams to help translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and reporting solutions. What You’ll Be Doing Support technical scoping and requirements gathering across data and reporting initiatives Partner with business and technical teams to serve as a liaison between stakeholder needs and technical execution Assist with wireframing dashboards and reporting solutions Support consolidation and documentation of existing data and reporting assets Document requirements, processes, decisions, and technical deliverables Participate in stakeholder conversations and help translate business problems into clear requirements Support testing, validation, and delivery of new reporting capabilities Develop an understanding of the team’s data environment and tools, including SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake Present findings and project work to both technical and business audiences Work alongside experienced data professionals while developing your technical and business analysis capabilities What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical/business discipline Related internship experience or approximately 6+ months of professional experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders Foundational understanding of data, reporting, or analytics concepts Exposure to SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is a plus Self-motivated, tenacious, curious, and eager to learn Strong business acumen and professional presence Must be local to Columbus and able to work onsite in Dublin 4 days per week Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship #J-18808-Ljbffr Agility Partners
