Senior Marketing Manager, Congress, GPO/P2P - Breast Cancer

Senior Marketing Manager will operationalize marketing strategy for TRUQAP and ETCAMAH breast cancer oncology brands through congress activations, peer-to-peer programs, and field initiatives. The role develops compliant promotional materials, manages speaker programs, and coordinates cross-functional execution with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for TRUQAP and ETCAMAH congress, peer-to-peer, speaker, and field resource initiatives
• Develop and optimize 2026 promotional materials, speaker decks, and congress assets aligned with brand priorities
• Drive competitive pull-through updates across P2P, congress, and field materials based on market shifts and data
• Manage MLR/Veeva review cycles, submissions, and asset approvals to maintain compliance and audit readiness
• Manage budgets, procurement, vendor relationships, and cross-functional workflows to ensure timely, quality execution

Requirements

• 5+ years healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical, or commercial field engagement experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or Healthcare
• Experience developing HCP promotional resources, speaker programs, or congress materials in regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of MLR/Veeva review processes and compliance requirements
• Project management skills managing multiple priorities, timelines, budgets, and vendors
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
• Demonstrated agility and critical thinking in fast-moving oncology environments
