Assembler
POWDER COATING DEPARTMENT

Full-Time | $16.50/hr | Monday-Thursday| 5:00 AM- 2:30PM (possible half day Fridays)
Location: Louisville, KY 40223

About the Role
We are looking for a dependable Assembler to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling parts, following detailed instructions, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace. Ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble components and parts according to work instructions or blueprints
Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
Inspect assembled products for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
Meet daily production quotas and communicate issues to supervisors
Complete basic documentation and follow production processes

Qualifications

Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
Ability to follow directions, diagrams, and measurement tools
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an entire shift
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment

Pay

$16.50 per hour
