Our company is looking for a Guest Services Team Member to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assembling orders;
- Replenishing supplies and condiments;
- Ensuring a positive experience for all guests;
- Serving food and drinks to guests;
- Taking guest orders and payment;
- Maintaining a clean facility and dining experience.
Requirements:
- Able to handle money and operate point of sale system;
- Must be able to work Saturdays;
- Prior experience in customer service, cashier, team member or other restaurant experience a plus;
- Able to reach, bend, stoop, lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Must obtain a California Food Handler’s Card from an accredited organization before start date;
- Self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility;
- Able to stand and/or walk during shift and move freely throughout the restaurant;
- Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety;
- Able to listen to and input guests’ orders and read video monitors;
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior;
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
