Program Coordinator II Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Program Coordinator II to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the Core, ISP, and Leadership;
- Managing the schedules and coordinating space availability;
- Oversee and coordinate Certificate funds, by Certificate;
- Collaborating with the Office of Student Affairs in implementing student accommodations and allowances;
- Implementation of all Core programs and systems;
- Implement curriculum roll-out of newly approved Certificates;
- Training and supervising all teaching assistants in conjunction with other office staff;
- Other responsibilities as needed;
- Planning and managing events associated with the Core, ISP, Leadership, and Certificates;
- Manage and implement the MPH Program Open Enrollment declaration process in collaboration with the Office of Student Records;
- Collaborating with Academic Departments to review modified graduation plans;
- Responding to student issues and inquiries;
- Collaborate with office staff to manage course changes within the required Curriculum;
- Coordinating Core assessments;
- Meeting with students to advise on Certificate program decisions.
Requirements:
- Requires proficiency with Microsoft suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience;
- Three years of related experience;
- Excellent analytical, computer and web skills;
- Prior experience working in Higher Education;
- Must have the ability to engage with others in a highly collaborative environment;
- Master’s Degree.
