Our company is looking for a Director, Digital Experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead analyst(s), architect(s) and developer(s) to build and support the platform;
  • Manage external resources as required;
  • Maintain the Customer and Channel application roadmap and prioritize work through stakeholder engagement;
  • Develop implementation project plan(s) and monitor project execution;
  • Provide support in the evaluation, implementation and utilization of application third party add-on programs;
  • Coordinate the engagement of stakeholders and continually maintain forward momentum;
  • Maintain integrations with external entities and other company systems;
  • Work with stakeholders to develop standards and practices that ensure database accuracy, integrity and cleanliness;
  • Interface with all departments to develop, groom and prioritize the backlog;
  • Work with stakeholders to establish best-practice processes and minimize complexity.

Requirements:

  • Deep experience works cross-functionally with a wide variety of departments; including sales, success, support, marketing, operations and R&D;
  • Understands Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and ERP;
  • Strong project management background, with prior ground up construction of customer facing application;
  • Experience using the Agile software development methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence;
  • BS or Master’s degree preferred in Business Information systems, Computer Science or representative experience;
  • Broad experience with cloud based architecture and applications that support a persona based approach to content presentation;
  • Self-motivated;
  • Experience working with and managing 3rd party consulting organizations;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Prior leadership, within a very complex, multi-vendor and bleeding edge environment;
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks for themselves and others.
