Implementation Project Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Implementation Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Gather business and functional requirements from the customer and configure the product(s) according the specifications;
- Facilitate user acceptance testing with customers and receive customer sign-off;
- Manage risks and issues to prevent project delays or overruns, while escalating when appropriate;
- Making tough decisions “on the fly”, with guidance as needed, as you manage client relationships and internal stakeholders;
- Verify Insurance Client/Business Partner’s documented workflow and recommend necessary modifications as needed;
- Regularly review project progress and control project expenditures;
- Establish roll-out strategy internally and with clients;
- Proactive planning and preparation relative to overall success of projects;
- Work with the Director of Service Delivery to ensure best practices are established and delivered upon;
- Leading and inspiring a team of project managers to deliver against multiple concurrent (and sometimes competing!) projects;
- Client Configurations, Data and Workflows;
- Seeking and Sharing insights and feedback in project reviews that aid in future projects;
- Managing projects end-to-end for our largest, highest visibility, and most complex clients;
- Client Deployments;
- Liaise with our Techops team to make sure that data migrations are planned correctly and stick to the key project milestones.
Requirements:
- English (reading, writing, verbal), Spanish a plus;
- Communication with all levels of business from floor staff to executives, to include facilitation of meetings and/or workshops;
- AutoCAD is a plus;
- Minimum of 5 years prior project management experience;
- Professional Development Opportunities;
- Experience working with large scale, government-based clients is a plus;
- Consulting experience preferred;
- Experienced;
- Strong but diplomatic negotiator;
- SaaS company experience is a plus;
- Excellent organizational and communication (written, verbal, and listening) skills;
- Automotive Insurance/Automotive Repair/Body Shop experience a plus;
- Must be eligible to work in the US;
- PMP Certified Preferred;
- You should be prepared to work away from home (generally not more than one night at a time but occasionally more).
