Our company is looking for a Engineer in Training to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Address deficiencies in preliminary design;
- Troubleshoot onsite expansion projects;
- May assist team members in resolving structural design problems;
- Any additional engineering functions as assigned by the supervisor;
- Assist in research and development of products used in the building industry.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering – Structural Emphasis preferred;
- Able to establish effective working relationships with contractors and store Team Members;
- Proficient with building codes and how they apply to structures;
- Exceptional guest service skills;
- Computer software knowledge (Excel, Word, Visual Basic);
- Courses in Concrete and Steel Design (Optional Wood Design).
