Our company is looking for a Principal Electrical Design Engineers to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- The position requires frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, concepts and techniques;
- Candidates will be providing solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity, working under general supervision;
- Will be working with various levels of Staff both internal and external groups.
Requirements:
- Experience using Mentor Graphics Design Creation tools: DxDesigner, xDX Designer VX, and Constraint Editor System ( CES );
- Experience with CreoSchematics;
- Experience with electrical hardware design and development including design standard adherence;
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and process issues down to CCA, PCB and component levels;
- Strong written and verbal communication; Must be able to present to various levels of management as well as internal and external customers;
- Ability maintain high performance in a highly dynamic, team-based environment;
- Ability to prioritize work of others and handle multiple tasks at a time;
- A self-motivated and effective communicator;
- Capable of functioning in multi-disciplined design teams across multiple project;
- A strong advocate for process improvement;
- Experience in managing schedule and resources to meet assigned milestones;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
- 8-15+ years of related experience;
- 7-15+ years Engineering design experience;
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
