Our company is looking for a Project Architect – Healthcare to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare material, write construction specifications and prepare detailed construction documents;
  • Develop and maintain client confidence in our staff and operations by maintaining a high level of professionalism, accountability, and performance;
  • Maintain an awareness of the scope, schedule, budget and status of all assigned projects;
  • Focus on client satisfaction and creating their interest in our providing them with additional future project related services;
  • Coordinate and monitor the activities of project personnel, ensuring individual job assignments are achieved in support of project requirements;
  • Lead project coordination with internal team members and/or external consultants, owner and contractors;
  • Support client relationships through project work and meetings;
  • Participate and support Quality Assurance and Control practices;
  • Collaborate with Project Manager on project work plan, schedules, and development of the contract deliverables;
  • Assist in the confirmation of scope, schedule, goals and priorities, budget and staffing;
  • Participate and collaborate on project activities from concept design through construction administration;
  • Communicate and monitor an efficient project work plan;
  • Supervise, mentor, and coach junior staff, both as direct reports and on project teams;
  • Check the work of others for accuracy and completeness and manage the efforts of team members in support of broader project goals;
  • Assist in the preparation of specifications in coordination with building plans.
