Our company is looking for a Sr. Design Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Following system of quality control and checking on all projects assigned;
- Applying sound engineering knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of project assignments;
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as necessary;
- Interacting with customers and venders in an independent nature.
Requirements:
- Motivated self-starter who can relate well to a diverse multidiscipline development team;
- Must be able to think and act both strategically as well as tactically;
- Previous experience working on agricultural equipment, especially combines, is preferred;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field;
- Ability to address and resolve issues in an objective, fact-based, professional fashion;
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency to include contemporary business tools;
- Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills utilizing a variety of delivery methods to variable audiences.
