Responsibilities:

  • Perform stress analysis to assure mechanically sound per NG requirements;
  • Work closely with Tool Designers to create final drawings;
  • Inspect tool configuration for drawing compliance, including fit, form and function;
  • Work with internal Customers to concept needed support equipment for new and existing programs;
  • Interface with review team to assure customer satisfaction with design;
  • Support continuous improvement;
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and other engineers for feature development;
  • Sample and debug molds according to instructions and engineering drawings;
  • Meet production schedule and quality standards;
  • Interface with engineering, quality inspection, planning and other team members to communicate needs;

  • Understand machining policies and procedures and engineering instructions;

Requirements:

  • Strong problem solving skills with good mechanical aptitude;
  • Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment;
  • Proficient in C# and C++
  • Ability to write clear and maintainable code;
  • UI and UX design skills;
  • Certificate from technical training or college;
  • 3+ years of software development experience;
  • 3+ years’ experience related to injection molding;
  • Experience with network game client/server architecture;
  • MMO development experience;
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interface with team members about all manufacturing duties, activities and production issues;
  • Proven history of technical and hands-on approach to problem solving;
  • Strong 3D math skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Experience with SQL.
