Our company is looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and data pertaining to the operation and to submit required reports;
  • Determine and establish the necessary staffing for meeting production goals;
  • Foster strong relationships with all Angelus functions to ensure collaborative and efficient execution of operations imperatives;
  • Maintain the highest level of safety in all operations;
  • Maintain the asset management program (calibration and preventive maintenance) for both engineering and operations equipment;
  • Train and develop subordinates. Ensure training documentation is completed as required;
  • Recommend and/or implement improvements within the areas and alert management of problems and potential solutions;
  • Handle personnel issues within policies and in conjunction with Human Resources;

Requirements:

  • Regularly stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time;
  • Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 pounds;
  • Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions;
  • Leading for results;
  • Must be PC literate and have a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Required: 4 years of direct people management;
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment;
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in business management, manufacturing or engineering;
  • Proven leadership using Lean principles;
  • Broad knowledge of plant operations and technology is necessary;
  • Must have excellent verbal and written skills along with exceptional interpersonal skills;
  • Iso 9001 & as9100;
  • Ability to work in a clean room and follow clean room protocol;
  • Preferred: Familiarity with RF & ethernet cable technology, aircraft systems, and the Aerospace & Defense market;
  • This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 CFR 120.15 is required.
