Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and data pertaining to the operation and to submit required reports;
- Determine and establish the necessary staffing for meeting production goals;
- Foster strong relationships with all Angelus functions to ensure collaborative and efficient execution of operations imperatives;

Requirements:

- Must be PC literate and have a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Required: 4 years of direct people management;
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in business management, manufacturing or engineering;
- Proven leadership using Lean principles;
- Broad knowledge of plant operations and technology is necessary;
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills along with exceptional interpersonal skills;

- Ability to work in a clean room and follow clean room protocol;
- Preferred: Familiarity with RF & ethernet cable technology, aircraft systems, and the Aerospace & Defense market;
