Our company is looking for a UI Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the vision for your product area alongside Product, Engineering, and UX leads to inform your team’s roadmap;
  • Execute interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team;
  • Define the standards of interaction and evolve them with emerging use cases;
  • Clearly articulate ideas/strategy, and happily accept feedback;
  • End-to-end creative development of graphic and digital design;
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices;
  • Be creative, conceptual, and action- and results-oriented. Research and design concepts with revenue in mind;
  • A strong sense of responsibility, and the motivation to assist with tasks that aren’t necessarily in your job description;
  • Work with the Product team to implement attractive designs;
  • Keep up with competitor products and industry trends;
  • Producing all required design deliverables, create design elements and variations for brands;
  • Creating original design, typography, iconography, and art for digital screens;

  • Prototype new interfaces quickly and with minimal supervision;
  • Design page layouts and interactions for e-commerce and blog websites.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organization and time management skills;
  • Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize project ideas. Utilize design skills to assist with web projects;
  • Brainstorm ideas and create solutions based on user plans, stories, and frustrations;
  • Work directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, and developers to coordinate the building of applications;
  • Knowledge of working within Adobe XD, InVision, Sketch;
  • Passion for design thinking and improving the overall customer experience;
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic and digital design field;
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills;
  • Ability to identify overarching web design/user experience issues and opportunities, and implement effective solutions;
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies;
  • Familiarity with CRM software preferred;
  • Some travel required for this role;
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;
  • Effective communication skills, including receiving and providing constructive criticism;
  • Familiarity with human-centered design and design thinking techniques.
