Our company is looking for a Housekeeper, Part-time to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated area;
  • Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and other duties as outlined in the scope of work;
  • Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment;
  • Maintain health and sanitary requirements;
  • Cleaning and stocking restrooms, breakrooms, and other areas;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures;
  • Maintain safety procedures by handling cleaning equipment and supplies according to company protocols;
  • Polish windows and other surfaces as assigned;
  • Thoroughly cleaning apartments after move-out;
  • Cleaning offices and community areas, including common areas, laundry rooms, and breezeways;
  • Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis;
  • Vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture;
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner;
  • Perform guest turn down service, as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED or 1-2 years of relevant experience;
  • The housekeeper will be required to lift, carry, walk, sit, push, pull and work a flexible schedule;
  • Work with integrity in all interactions;
  • Work harmoniously with other employees and develop/maintain good employee relations and employee morale;
  • This position demands good physical and mental health;
