Our company is looking for a Housekeeper, Part-time to join our team.

Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated area;
Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and other duties as outlined in the scope of work;
Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment;
Maintain health and sanitary requirements;
Cleaning and stocking restrooms, breakrooms, and other areas;
Other duties as assigned;
Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures;
Maintain safety procedures by handling cleaning equipment and supplies according to company protocols;
Polish windows and other surfaces as assigned;
Thoroughly cleaning apartments after move-out;
Cleaning offices and community areas, including common areas, laundry rooms, and breezeways;
Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis;
Vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture;
Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner;
Perform guest turn down service, as needed.

High School Diploma/GED or 1-2 years of relevant experience;
The housekeeper will be required to lift, carry, walk, sit, push, pull and work a flexible schedule;
Work with integrity in all interactions;
Work harmoniously with other employees and develop/maintain good employee relations and employee morale;
