- Understand each client’s business goals and serve a point of contact for projects in progress;
- Maintain outstanding client satisfaction;
- Responsible for highlighting project specs and assigning tasks to the appropriate departments. (extremely detail oriented is key);
- Receive and process customer purchase orders;
- Process obligating documents once contracting executes a contract modification;

Requirements:
- Two-year college/university level course work in accounting or finance;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task;

- Relationship building skills and a highly professional “client service orientation”;
- Experience in the commercial real estate industry;
- Demonstrated high degree of proficiency on use of computer applications in the accumulation, evaluation and interpretation of data;
- Preferably coming from Public Accounting or Big 4 Accounting Firms;
- Bachelor’s degree;
