Our company is looking for a Assistant Project Manager – Commercial Construction to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and strong relationships and lines of communication with all field staff, clients, and subcontractors;
  • Coordination of subcontractors;
  • Assure all materials orders are executed;
  • Be knowledgeable on project requirements and ensure all project documentation is complete;
  • Handle the distribution and coordination of all RFIs, submittals and change orders.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in Procore is a plus;
  • Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Civil Engineer;
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction management with a commercial general contractor;
  • Ability to read plans and specs.
