Our company is looking for a Assistant Project Manager – Commercial Construction to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and strong relationships and lines of communication with all field staff, clients, and subcontractors;
- Coordination of subcontractors;
- Assure all materials orders are executed;
- Be knowledgeable on project requirements and ensure all project documentation is complete;
- Handle the distribution and coordination of all RFIs, submittals and change orders.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in Procore is a plus;
- Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Civil Engineer;
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- 3-5 years of experience in construction management with a commercial general contractor;
- Ability to read plans and specs.
