Associate Director, Contracts Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Associate Director, Contracts to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the workflow and staff to ensure all assignments are being handled in an expedient and efficient manner;
- Contribute to development of and monitor compliance to Contract Departments Policies and Procedures manuals;
- Evaluate quality of work and performance of assigned staff.
Requirements:
- Experienced is an enterprise management system required – SAP and Vistex knowledge strongly preferred;
- Ability to interact with all levels of management;
- Minimum 5 years contract management experience, preferably in the generic pharmaceutical industry;
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher;
- History of self-motivation, sound judgment and excellent interpersonal relations;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Experience supporting the Sales and Marketing organization of a generic pharmaceutical company is highly desirable.
