Our company is looking for a Associate Director, Contracts to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the workflow and staff to ensure all assignments are being handled in an expedient and efficient manner;
  • Contribute to development of and monitor compliance to Contract Departments Policies and Procedures manuals;
  • Evaluate quality of work and performance of assigned staff.

Requirements:

  • Experienced is an enterprise management system required – SAP and Vistex knowledge strongly preferred;
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management;
  • Minimum 5 years contract management experience, preferably in the generic pharmaceutical industry;
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher;
  • History of self-motivation, sound judgment and excellent interpersonal relations;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Experience supporting the Sales and Marketing organization of a generic pharmaceutical company is highly desirable.
