Our company is looking for a Associate Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage team to lead execution, Q/A and performance of paid media strategies;
  • Identify optimal media channel mix ensuring strong balance of upfront and long-term value of new donors;
  • Deliver organizational and financial objectives for the NYC and Hamptons’ Studios;
  • Partner with director of operations on the development of studio director’s and client service team’s performance management systems;
  • Evaluate media performance and recommend course corrections in audience targeting, media mix and creative approach;
  • May steward contracts and budget for the department;
  • Lead all activities of the business intelligence and reporting across US OBU business functions and markets;
  • Create budgets for new projects and forecastfuture spending across the Center;
  • Knowledge of organic search ranking factors with the ability to make recommendations on HTML optimizations a plus;
  • Help us live our values of audacity, unity, creativity, and excellence;
  • Ongoing sharing of insights, publications, and cutting-edge thinking;
  • Mentoring and supporting junior analysts;
  • Develop a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market and how search plays a role in the decision making process;
  • Develop and implement standard internal programreporting standards;
  • Tailor program evaluation tools and assessmentsto each new program.

Requirements:

  • Committed to deliver results through team work;
  • Experience with MindBody software experience is a plus;
  • Availability to work occasional weekends and evenings;
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting developing and retaining full-time and part-time staff;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both youth and adults;
  • Experience writing curriculum for High School Age Youth and Adults;
  • 10-plus years of supervisory and/or project/process management experience;
  • Strong computer skills including high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google G Suite;
  • Master’s degree in higher education administration, education, business, or a related field;
  • Project/Program Management Experience;
  • Strong conceptual, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skills;
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently;
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR;
  • Track record of delivering to financial plans and KPIs;
  • Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically, to influence across the organization at all levels, and to ensure flawless execution.
